Francia Raisa and Lindsey Broad

Raisa has been raised by both parents in Los Angeles. Irlanda Almendarez & Italia Almendarez. Francia refers to France in Italian. Italia refers to Italy in Italian, just as Irlanda refers to Ireland. Virginia Almendarez is Mexican, and Renan originates from Honduras. Renan adopted the name El Cucuy not very long after Francia's birth. He is a famous radio personality and a top Latino DJ from Los Angeles. Her sisters were raised within a home with a well-known father. She speaks both Spanish and English fluently. Francia started dancing when she was five years old. Her parents were in charge of enrolling her. They did not limit the classes to one style of dance. The classes included all kinds of dance including jazz to tap, Polynesian, hip-hop, and Acrobatics. Additionally, she took classes in the art of karate, as well as ice skating. When she was in junior high she took acting as well as modeling classes. In her final year of high school, Francia attended Bishop Alemany High School, Mission Hills, California. It was also part of her school's cheerleading team. Broad is a native of New York and has always had a passion for acting.
